The mission statement for A.K, Overseas Pvt. Ltd, is to supply businesses worldwide, a pool of talented, dedicated workers whether skilled or unskilled. These workers are carefully chosen through a recruitment background check process which covers all are as of our clients concerns such as; verifiable work history, responsibility, related job experience, chäracter, and attitude. A.K. Overseas relies heavily on a competent and responsible workforce that maintains a positive reflection of our company, and becomes an asset to all our clients worlwide. it is our sincere intention to please all of our clients through quality workman. Quality Control A.K. Overseas will replace any worker that becomes a concern or liability to any of our clients.
We do this by self-managing the workforce. If a client feels uncomfortable with a worker, A.K. Overseas should be notified by the client company, and an investigation will be conducted. If through the investigation a worker is found to be troublesome to the client, then that worker will be replaced by A.K. Overseas at no cost to the client. This type of quality control is not found within the recruitment industry.
A.K. Overseas can supply skilled and semi skilled workers at any time. The amount can be from on to thousands of persons, upon a client request. It may take up to six weeks to bring the first hundred workers to destination and then accordingly. This is due to background checks and air travel availabilities. However, a timely manner will kept, knowing our clients concerns for work time restrictions.
